Hickory Metro Convention Center is easy to each from any direction. Conveniently located at I-40 Exit 125 (Lenoir-Rhyne Boulevard), the Center is approximately 50 miles northwest of Charlotte, 70 miles east of Asheville, and 60 miles west of Winston-Salem. Charlotte/Douglas International Airport is the closest major airport.

Take I-40 East towards Hickory. Take exit 125. Turn right at top of exit ramp. After turning right, move into the far left lane ASAP. Turn left at 1st stoplight onto 13th Ave. Dr. SE between Priscilla's and Outback Steakhouse. The Hickory Metro Convention Center is approximately 1/2 mile on right.

From Charlotte:

From I-485 W merge onto I-85S via exit 10B on the left toward Gastonia / Spartanburg.  Merge onto US-321N via exit 17 toward Dallas / Lincolnton / Gastonia.  Take the US-70 exit toward NC-127 N / Hickory.  Turn right onto US-70.  Turn left onto Lenior-Rhyne Blvd.  Turn right at 2nd stoplight onto 13th Ave. Dr. SE between Priscilla's and Outback Steakhouse. The Hickory Metro Convention Center is approximately 1/2 mile on right.

From Greensboro, Winston-Salem, Raleigh:
